Before you have placed and paid for your order, tick the delivery or pickup option. Which one you choose is entirely up to you. Actually, both options - delivery or pickup - are good choices. Both have their specific advantages.

When will we deliver your order?

As soon as the payment of your order is complete, we will arrange shipping. For insured shipping, we will charge you €15. First we will send you a confirmation e-mail. It then takes 2 to 5 working days to receive your order.

How does insured shipping work?

Gold, silver and other precious metals are valuable goods. You want to be absolutely sure that your order gets to you smoothly. At Value Shop, we guarantee this service: we send your order with insured shipment via a reliable partner.

Our courier services specialise in sending small but valuable parcels. These courier services pay special attention to the security and safe transport of their parcels. This is why we choose these partners.

The delivery of your order will be inconspicuous via insured shipping. The parcel in which we deliver your gold, silver or other precious metal is a standard cardboard box. The box is sealed with security tape.

If you choose to have your order delivered, we will contact you by phone after payment of the order. During that contact, we will plan the delivery time together. Because we make the delivery discreet, you will not receive an exact time of delivery. That is why you are asked to be at home that day. Otherwise, the entire delivery process will have to be restarted.

Please note: make sure you have your identity card to hand. Without an identity check, we will not deliver the parcel.

When can I collect my order?

As soon as we have received the full amount of your purchase, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. From then on, you can collect your order free of charge. This is possible during our opening hours. There is no need to make an appointment.

Pick up your order free of charge at a secure counter

When you pick up your order, we make sure you do so in a secure area. You will have time to thoroughly examine and store your purchases.

The order can only be collected by the person named on the invoice. Do not forget your identity card or passport. Are you unable to attend? Then you can give an official proxy to one person. Please note: this person must bring the identity card and a copy of your identity card, along with the power of attorney.
